If you want to change things up the other way and you have Dawnguard all you need to do is head down to the Ragged Flagon tavern in Riften’s sewers. You can have 10 presets all at once and easy to change while in game by the use of mcm menu.

Been using this since I start modding, works great. Galathil really doesn’t want to be dealing with you ina thief infested sewer. You can use this mod Bodychange to change your player body mesh or textures without changing npc's so your character is unique.
